1. What this policy is

This Acceptable Use Policy lists what you may not do on onlychams. It applies to the website, your account, the loader and products, support tickets, the reseller portal, and our Discord server. It is part of our Terms of Service, which are an agreement between you and onlychams. onlychams is a sole proprietorship operated from the United States.

Using our products already breaks game publishers' terms of service, and game accounts can be banned for it. That risk is yours, and this policy does not change it. It sets the rules for using our service.

2. Your account and your time

Do not share your account. One account is for one person.
Do not share, sell or give away license keys or time. Only approved resellers may sell keys, and only under the Reseller Agreement. There is no other way to resell.
Do not run the software on more than one PC, or try to change, fake or hide your hardware ID to get around the one-PC rule.
Do not make extra accounts to get around a suspension or ban from us.
Do not buy, sell or trade onlychams accounts.

3. The software

Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, unpack, debug or modify the loader or any module, except to the extent a law that cannot be waived allows it.
Do not crack, leak, repackage or redistribute the software, or share modules or files it downloads.
Do not bypass or interfere with license checks, update checks or other protections.
Do not use the software in any tournament, wager or competition with money or prizes.

4. Payments and fraud

Do not use a payment method that is not yours or that you are not allowed to use.
Do not file a chargeback or payment dispute to get something for free that you received. If you have a real problem, contact support first. You keep your right to dispute a payment you believe is wrong.
Do not abuse our refund policy, for example by buying, using and then claiming the product never worked.
Do not give a false location at checkout to change the sales tax or VAT you pay, or to get around sanctions.
Do not try to exploit bugs in the store, store credit or key system. If you find one, report it to support.

5. The law

Do not use the service where it is illegal for you.
Do not use the service if you are under 18.
Do not use the service for any illegal purpose, or to break US export control or sanctions laws.

6. Support, Discord and other people

Do not harass, threaten, insult or abuse staff, resellers or other users, in support tickets, on Discord, or anywhere else. This includes other players in the games.
Do not post anyone's personal information without their permission (doxxing).
Do not impersonate staff, resellers or other users.
Do not spam, advertise, or post links to other cheat sellers, malware or phishing.
Do not post illegal content, hateful content, sexual content involving minors, or content that encourages violence.
Follow Discord's own terms and community guidelines on our server.

7. Vouches, configurations and other content

Post only honest vouches about your own experience. Do not post fake vouches, vouch on someone else's behalf, or post vouches in exchange for anything without saying so.
Resellers must not post vouches that hide that they sell the product.
Upload to the cloud-config feature only configurations you have the right to share.
Do not upload malware or anything meant to harm other users or our systems.

8. Our systems

Do not attack, overload, probe or scan our servers, website, API or loader endpoints.
Do not scrape the site or access it with bots, except through features we provide for that.
Do not try to access accounts, data or systems that are not yours.

9. What happens if you break this policy

Depending on how serious it is, we may:

warn you;
remove content (for vouches, only as section 9 of the Terms of Service allows);
revoke license keys that were shared, leaked or bought fraudulently;
suspend or close your account, as set out in section 12 of the Terms of Service, which also explains when unused paid time is refunded; or
report illegal activity to the authorities.

Where it is safe and lawful, we will tell you what rule we think you broke. You can reply through a support ticket if you think we got it wrong.

Report abuse, leaked keys, security issues or bugs through a support ticket at onlychams.pro/support or by email to [email protected].
