1. What this agreement covers
This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and onlychams ("we", "us"). onlychams is a sole proprietorship operated from the United States. This EULA covers the onlychams loader, the product modules it delivers (such as Reclaimer), their updates, and any documentation (together, "the software").
You accept this EULA when you download, install or run the software. Our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy also apply. If this EULA and the Terms of Service disagree about the software itself, this EULA wins.
2. What the software is
- The loader is a Windows program. It runs on your PC and delivers product modules for the games you have time for.
- The software runs locally on your PC. It is not a hosted or cloud service.
- The loader connects to our servers to check your account and license time, to download modules and updates, and to send the data described in section 8.
- The product modules modify or assist gameplay in third-party multiplayer PC games. Reclaimer works with Halo, a game owned by Microsoft.
- The loader needs administrator rights on your PC.
- The loader installs a driver or Windows service on your PC, which it uses to run.
- The loader does not start automatically with Windows. It runs only when you open it.
- The software is removed completely through the uninstall option inside the loader. Use that option to remove it.
3. The risk you accept
- Using the software breaks the game publisher's terms of service.
- We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or authorized by Microsoft or any other game publisher or platform.
- Your game account can be suspended or banned at any time by the publisher or its anti-cheat system. We do not promise that the software is undetectable, and we do not promise that you will not be banned.
- A game update can stop the software working until we update it. The status board shows when a product is "updating" or "detected".
- You choose to use the software knowing these risks. The risk of a ban is yours.
4. Your license
While you have active time for a product, we give you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- install the loader on one PC that is bound to your account by hardware ID, and
- run that product's modules on that PC, for your own personal, non-commercial use, under this EULA, the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.
When your time for a product ends, your license to run that product ends too. The loader may stay on your PC, but it will not run products you have no time for. To remove the software, use the uninstall option inside the loader, as section 2 explains.
The software is licensed, not sold. We and our licensors keep all rights in it that this EULA does not give you.
5. Hardware ID binding
- Your license is tied to your account and to one PC. The loader reads a hardware ID from your PC for this purpose.
- If you change or repair your PC, ask support to reset the hardware ID. Support resets it on request once every 7 days, and staff may allow extra resets for genuine hardware changes, as section 5 of the Terms of Service explains.
- Do not try to change, fake or hide your hardware ID to run the software on more than one PC.
6. What you may not do
You may not, and may not help anyone else to:
- copy, share, publish, sell, rent, lend or give away the software, your account, your license time or a license key, except that approved resellers may sell keys under the Reseller Agreement;
- run the software on more than one PC at a time, or on a PC that is not bound to your account;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, unpack, debug or modify the loader or any module, or try to get its source code, except to the extent a law that cannot be waived allows it despite this limit;
- remove, bypass or interfere with license checks, hardware ID binding, update checks or any other protection in the software;
- crack, repackage or redistribute the software, or make a competing product from it;
- use the software in any tournament, wager or competition with money or prizes;
- use the software where that is illegal for you, or for any illegal purpose.
7. Updates and changes
- The loader may download updates and modules automatically. Updates are needed to keep the software working after game updates.
- We may change, remove or add features. We may stop offering a product. If that happens while you still have time, the Refund and Cancellation Policy explains what you get back.
- This EULA applies to every update unless an update comes with different terms.
8. Data the software sends
When it runs, the loader sends us:
- your hardware ID and the device details the loader reports;
- the username and password you sign in with;
- the IP address of the connection, and the country, region, city and VPN or proxy flag we derive from it;
- loader session records; and
- error and crash telemetry (event name, error codes and details).
We use this to check your license, enforce the one-PC rule, detect account sharing and fraud, keep the service secure, and fix problems. Our Privacy Policy explains this in full, including how long we keep it.
9. Games and third parties
- You need your own legitimate copy of each game and your own game account. We do not provide games or game accounts.
- Your relationship with the game publisher, including its terms of service, is between you and the publisher.
- Game names are trademarks of their owners. We use them only to say which games our products work with.
10. Ending this license
- This license ends automatically when your time runs out, when your account is closed, or if you break this EULA.
- We may also end it as described in the Terms of Service. Section 12 of the Terms of Service explains when unused paid time is refunded.
- When it ends, you must stop using the products it covers. You may uninstall the software at any time, using the uninstall option inside the loader, which removes it completely.
- Sections 3, 6, 11, 12 and 13 continue after the license ends.
11. Disclaimer
To the fullest extent the law allows, the software is provided "as is" and "as available". We disclaim all implied warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise that the software will be undetected, error-free, compatible with every PC or game version, or available without interruption.
Nothing in this section limits rights that cannot be waived by law, including rights under North Carolina's consumer protection law (N.C. Gen. Stat. Chapter 75) and the statutory rights of consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom. Where the law does not allow a disclaimer, it applies only as far as the law allows.
12. Limits on our liability
To the fullest extent the law allows:
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses.
- We are not liable for the suspension or banning of any game account, or for losing game progress, items, in-game purchases or the game itself.
- Our total liability under this EULA is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
These limits do not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law. In particular, nothing in this EULA limits our liability for fraud, for our willful misconduct or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence. Nothing in this EULA limits or waives rights that cannot be waived by law, including rights under N.C. Gen. Stat. Chapter 75 and the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live.
13. Law, disputes and other terms
- This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes are decided as set out in section 17 of the Terms of Service: by the state or federal courts of North Carolina, while consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom keep any right their local law gives them to bring a claim in their home courts.
- You must follow US export control and sanctions laws when you download or use the software.
- If a court finds part of this EULA unenforceable, the rest still applies.
- You may not transfer this EULA. We may transfer it to someone who takes over the software.
